Inbox Agent, operated by [Operator legal name], lets businesses connect their Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts and have an AI assistant reply to customer messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You must be authorised to manage the Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• You must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies and Instagram Community Guidelines.
• You are responsible for the business information and instructions you give the assistant, and for telling customers that they may be talking to an automated assistant where the law requires it.
• You must not use the service to send spam, promotional messages outside Meta's allowed messaging windows, or unlawful content.

AI-generated replies

Replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review your settings, monitor conversations and take over whenever a customer needs a person. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of automated replies.

Availability and changes

The service depends on Meta and other providers and may be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or Meta's policies.
