Remove the app from Facebook

• Open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
• Find Inbox Agent and choose Remove, then confirm.
• Meta notifies us automatically. We delete the access tokens you granted and your app-scoped id, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Delete your workspace or conversations

Business owners can disconnect channels from the dashboard at any time. To delete a whole workspace and its conversation history, or if you are a customer who messaged a business using Inbox Agent, email [privacy contact email]. We complete requests within 30 days.
